Quick update

No time for full account but here's a quick update before I forget:

8/4/10 wednesday - half mile warm up, 4 x 200 on the track, tried to run more on the track but felt crappy, realized it was very hot out and I was probably getting heat stroke, ran to nearby shady area (a hill naturally), did 4 hills, ran back to lab. 2.5-3.0 workout.

8/5/10 was so friggin sore from the 200s that I took a day off.

8/6/10 5 miles with Stacie

8/9/10 track workout - .5 mile warm up, 2 x 800, 4 x 200. With all warming up, rests and cooling down it was a 3 mile workout.

They say the pool will open on Thursday - fingers crossed!!
