Hey Ladies, As promised I took Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. I also took yesterday off because Alex was sick and couldn't go to daycare. But today I did workout. Here's the recap:
400 yd warm up
4 x 400 (with 200 yd rest)
2 x 800 (with 200 yd rest)
400 yd cool down
The first three 400s felt great and I realized it was due to the lack of sun and heat. Now, I must work!
