Update

Yeah, I've been a bit remiss in updating the blog. So, here are my recent workouts, as well as I can remember.

11/9/10 - 35 minutes of walk/running. Started our running but had some serious pain in my left knee after about 5 minutes.

11/10/10 - 1,200 yds in the pool.

11/11/10 - 45 minute walk/run. I was worried about my knee so I planned to walk but I ended up running for about 15 minutes. I'm hoping that the knee pain is a passing phase.

11/12/10 - 1 mile swim, 33 minutes

11/15/10 - 1 mile swim
400 yd (sort of brisk - about 8 minutes, I forget exactly)
2 x 200 (3:32 and 3:35 - I was shooting for 55 second 50s so I'm pleased)
4 x 50 (47, 49, 47, 49 - I'm pretty impressed given that I was tired. Getting a bit faster!).
600 yd cool down (100 of breast stroke thrown in)
14 oz of coffee to make it through the rest of the day.
