Well, I missed a whole week of training. One day because I was lazy, 2 days because little son was sick and 2 days because I was sick. Anyway, I'm back at it today. And feeling better already. There was just an article in the NY Times about how people who exercise regularly are less likely to suffer from clinical depression. I believe it!
11/1/10 - 3 miles. It was pretty cold and I forgot my long pants. Brrrr!!
