11/16/10 - 30 minute run (about 3.5 miles) Ran to the nature preserve and did the marsh trail. Lots of hills and mud.
1/17/10 - 1 mile swim
1200 yds brisk (there was a fast guy in my lane so I swam faster, not that I kept up with him. It was all about face. Whatever. I didn't keep track of the time.)
4 x 50 (44, 46, 46, 46 - not bad really. On Friday I'm going to what's the fastest 50 I can possibly do).
200 yd cool down.
