Swim!

Here's my workout:

400 yd warm-up
50 kick
5 x 50 - brisk (52 seconds on average)with 10 second rests in between. I could do 10 second rests very well at this pace.
50 kick
5 x 50 - a little faster (49 seconds) with 20 second rests. I decided to try to push harder and give myself a longer break. I was a little disappointed that I only came down 3 seconds, but it's only 50 yards. I now believe it is very unlikely that I swam a 42 second 50 - it must have been 52 aferall, I'm just in better shape now.
50 yd kick
200 yd cool down
Total 1,250 yds

that's all for now. I have to read syntax papers!!!

  1. Sounds like a very fun workout. Next week I'm so going to get my medical report. I need to got back to swimming too! Today I would have gone swimming rather than running, especially because the running track is set to go around the swimming pool area! I so want to jump the wall when I run next to it :)
