This blog started out as a way to motivate me to eat healthy and exercise, and it has morphed into a training log, which I now share with Saffy and M.... Sometimes we're training for races and sometimes we're just training to stay healthy.
Go pro-drop! Hey, P, so impressed!!! I havent been running for a few weeks (again!) -- my excuse is Kip spent a week in Tucson and after that I've been busy contesting for a tenure position here... I won and I'm ready to be back on track. By the way, Kip and I go running together but we decided to do the running separately because he felt running with me wasn't challenging enough for him, which I understand... anyway, I'll be back blogging very soon!
