Back at it too!

Well, I ran 3.5 miles on 12/23 and 12/24 but then I went about two weeks without working out. First the holidays came, and then the move. So now I'm at a conference and determined to work out everyday (so I won't feel dumb for lugging my workout clothes around in my backpack).

1/6/11 - 4 miles on a treadmill (about 31:40), crunches and stretching.
