Hi there. Well, I've slacked off on my obsessive fitness-related blogging. Let me just say that my workouts were spotty for the past few weeks due to preparations for my big interview. The week of my interview (9/13-9/17), I didn't workout at all. The two weeks before I think I worked out 2-3 days per week. Last week, I got three workouts in. So, this week I'm back to daily workouts (of course, it's only Tuesday). The pool opened last week so I did go swimming on Friday but aside from that, it's been running only for over a month.
So, to get the log rolling again, here's yesterday's swim workout:
300 yd warm-up
10 x 50 yds (the first was 46 seconds (!), after that the rest were between 48-53 secs)
200 yd cool down
Total: 1,000 yds.
Today I run!
